How do I add guests and gifts?

From the main screen, tap "Add Guest" to enter a guest's name and their gift. You can add as many guests and gifts as you need before generating thank-you notes.

How do I generate a thank-you note?

Once you've added a guest and their gift, tap the note icon next to their entry. Heartfelt will draft a personalized note using the details you provided. Review and edit it before writing it out by hand.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app and navigate to the pricing screen (tap the lightning bolt icon or go to Settings → Upgrade). Scroll down and tap the "Restore Purchases" button. Your previous purchases will be restored automatically.

What's the difference between credits and full access?

Credits are a pay-as-you-go option — each credit generates one AI-drafted thank-you note. Full access (Heartfelt Pro) is a one-time purchase that gives you unlimited note generations with no credits needed.

I was charged but my credits didn't appear. What do I do?

First, try the "Restore Purchases" button on the pricing screen. If your credits still don't appear after a few minutes, please contact us at support@heartfeltapp.com with your Apple ID email and the date of purchase and we'll sort it out right away.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Heartfelt purchase, and tap "Request a Refund." If you have trouble, email us and we'll help.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Can I change the names on my profile?

Yes. Go to Settings → Profile and tap "Edit Profile" to update your name, your partner's name, or your return address.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. If you'd like help before deleting, email us first — we're happy to assist.

The generated note doesn't sound like me. Can I fix that?

Absolutely — every note is fully editable before you write it. Tap the note to open the editor and rewrite any part of it. The AI draft is just a starting point; the final note is always in your voice.

Can I use voice input to add gifts?

Yes. On the guest detail screen, tap the microphone icon to dictate gift information hands-free. This is especially handy when working through a stack of cards.
